Overview:
Develop and execute inbound marketing plans through the HubSpot CRM platform (HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service & Operations).
Onboarding & Strategy

- Develop kickoff call with client.
- Build Buyer Personas – Company/Industry interviews. Construct buyer profiles and lifecycles.
- Develop an inbound strategy – competitive analysis, website and content analysis, planning and strategy.
- Facilitate the technical implementation of HubSpot.
Production & Distribution
- Work with leadership and the Marketing Creative Team to develop and collaboratively fine-tune marketing strategies, campaigns, and content calendar.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on all creative content, including new video campaigns, social media content, and compelling blog posts.
- Continually improve the marketing site, landing pages, and any other public-facing pages to support branding, drive conversion rates, and improve SEO.
- Manage CRM platform (HubSpot), including email campaigns, landing pages, and automated workflows.
- Monitor on page SEO within the HubSpot platform.
- Liaise with remote video editors to integrate video content into the marketing campaigns and content calendar.
- Direct & Manage remote graphic designers to produce supplemental creative imagery (photos/graphics) for blogs posts, social posts, and emails.
- Facilitate the training of client staff to work within the HubSpot platform and support the overall marketing strategy.
Tracking, Measurement and Reporting
- Track, measure and build custom reporting dashboards inside of the HubSpot platform.
- Work with CEO to systematize and record business playbooks of the step-by-step processes of the job.
