The Situation
Black Pine Spas is a dealer of Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in the Tacoma, WA area. In the past, their revenue was driven throguh brick and mortar sales as well as establishing a presence at large local fairs. As a result, they never invested in a paid digital presence. With the onset of the pandemic, Black Pine Spas had to pivot their business in order to survive in a digital first world.The Solution
We implemented HubSpot sales, marketing and service software in order to build out a synergy across marketing, sales and operations. Then by creating a portfolio of informative and entertaining video assets, we were able to fuel successful organic and paid outreach that helped attract prospects, turn them into customers and ultimately brand promoters.Our Creative Work

A mixture of customer testimonial videos, paid social ads, and educational videos were created and deployed across various parts of owned and the flywheel in order to attract, engage and delight prospects and customers.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
Prospects that did not convert were nurtured through automated email and text sequences.
Video ads were used to drive awareness and retarget prospects that showed interest in the show but had yet to convert.
Individuals searching for the show or related terms were captured by first page Google results that directed traffic to the landing page.
The Details
HubSpot was integrated into the business and helped to unify marketing, sales and operations aspects of the business. It also helped to organize and track all customer communications and one centralized place. From an operations standpoint, it was instrumental in streamlining the hot tub delivery process for the entire organization.
A mixture of google ads and Facebook ads were deployed and optimized to deliver qualified leads to the sales team that could be closed or nurtured into customers through inbound marketing tactics.
Data Tracking & Reporting
Advanced data analytics tracking were implemented so that data from a variety of sources including HubSpot, WordPress, CallRail, SalesMsg, Google Ads and Facebook Ads could be consolidated and unified into a true customer profile. These advanced analytics could then we visualized in a variety of data dashboards that informed critical business decisions.
