First, we increased the desirability and conversion rate of the brand through the design and development of a new Shopify website. Then, we laid out a path to increase new customer acquisition and revenue by launching paid channels such as Facebook & Instagram ads, Google Ads and TikTok ads. We designed and developed a new Shopify website, incorporating fresh branding and UI/UX best practices to optimize for conversions. The new site featured engaging calls to action, seamless navigation, and an aesthetic that resonated with the target audience, all of which worked to guide users smoothly through the purchase journey.
Capitalizing on the visual appeal of LED grille lights, we crafted dynamic video ads tailored to specific audience segments. Through strategic targeting, we successfully attracted, educated, and converted potential customers using a full-funnel approach that maximized ad effectiveness, ultimately achieving a 4.75X lifetime return on ad spend (ROAS).
To drive significant growth, we took a phased approach, beginning with brand awareness and moving through to high-intent sales. In early stages, we focused on increasing visibility, then progressed to fully optimized Shopping campaigns where Sick Diesel consistently outperformed competitors. As momentum built, we deployed branded Search and transitioned key campaigns to Performance Max, strategically balancing exposure with conversion-driven efforts. This comprehensive approach, backed by in-depth market insights, led to a strong 7X return on ad spend (ROAS).
Recognizing TikTok’s influence among truck enthusiasts, we launched video ad campaigns to engage this audience, showcasing the product’s unique appeal and functionality.
We developed a comprehensive email and SMS nurturing system to consistently engage with customers and keep the brand top of mind. This system included automated campaigns like a Welcome Series to introduce new subscribers to the brand, Abandoned Cart reminders that encouraged customers to complete their purchases, and follow-ups for customers who browsed but didn’t buy, alongside review requests to gather valuable feedback and build social proof. To further support engagement, we also sent targeted one-off emails and SMS messages, offering timely updates, exclusive promotions, and personalized content, ensuring multiple touchpoints that reinforced the brand’s presence and value.
